My Journey to Gratitude and Creativity.

It will be 3 years in August since I was diagnosed with severe ADHD, something that has silently shaped my life for as long as I can remember. Struggling in school, juggling tasks, and just getting through the day often felt like mountains I couldn’t climb. I have been taking medication since my diagnosis, which I found did help, but I still felt that I had no value. When I sought help, my new doctor recommended something I’d never heard of: TMS or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

This non-invasive procedure uses magnetic fields to improve brain function; it was life-changing for me. Last May for 7 weeks, I went everyday Mon-Fri, for TMS treatment. Slowly, I began to feel something new: true happiness. As part of the treatment, I practiced daily gratitude, identifying three things I was thankful for each day. It wasn’t easy at first, but gratitude became a cornerstone of my life over time.

Around the same time, I decided to explore hobbies that brought together my love for thrift shopping, creativity, and working with my hands. That’s how I found jewelry-making—a craft that calms my mind and lets me channel my energy into something meaningful.

Jewelry-making has become my meditation. Each piece I create is infused with love and care, reflecting the journey I’ve been on. Inspired by my gratitude practice, I began designing Gratitude Bracelets—wearable reminders to cherish life’s small blessings.

Gratitude isn’t just in our heads; it’s in our hearts and senses, blooming moment by moment. These bracelets are here to inspire you to embrace gratitude, too—one bead at a time.
